The $200 has nothing to do with the receiver as that is the penalty you agreed to when you signed up. But if you already owned the equipment then no you dont have to send it back. They have to prove that they leased the item to you. Which means that have to have paperwork with the serial number on it that you signed when you subsribed. If you already owned the equipment they cant force you to surrender it, only the $200.</p></blockquote><p></p>
