Could be you need new plugs:
Could be your air filter is almost stopped up
Could by your fuel filter is dirty.
Now for the biggie. It might be the gasoline you are buying.
I've gotten some recently that my computer could not adjust for it was so bad.
I was having to do the same thing to keep it running until I worked all the bad gas out.
