Why wont my Motorola (unlocked) phoned work with Rogers?

My phone is a Motorola Rokr E6 and I bought it unlocked and I swapped my sim card into and im getting a problem where I cannot receive phone calls from land-line phones but everything else works. Anyone know the problem?
