It's a Motorola V120, I bought it a couple years ago, I didn't care for it too much so I put it in my drawer and never used it... Well now I need it... for international calls, it's still got 60 unused minutes. I went on the website to reactivate it. I typed in my serial number and my SIM #, and it said the SIM number isn't in their data-base! I bought the phone from them!! I've got $20.00 dollars worth on minutes in it and I need that phone to work!! Why won't that darn thing work?!?! The phone operates fine, it's just TracFone won't re-activate it! GRRRR!!!
