look at the underside of the thing. are the roller brushes stuck , is something like string or hair wrapped around the brush, that will make it stop working.is the suction blocked Worth debris
Perhaps charge the battery...
I had one and it did not work very well. I gave it to a relative.
its a novelty item, not very practical for every day use. bo buy an electrolux, you will own it and it will work for the rest of your life. yes really........
