Wich gun is better in mw2 tar 21 or m4a1?

tar-21, its inaccurate but if you don't go fully automatic and fire in short controlled burst you will hit people all the time. It has high damage as well so you don't need stopping power so your second perk can be something like lightwieght or whatever you feel like using.

I prefer the M4A1 because It seems a lot easier for me to kill people with compared to the tar 21
plus the M4A1 with the silencer sounds totally awesome.

M4A1 All the way, but it requires a lot of skill in accuracy. It reaches its most effectiveness when you aim for the head at all times, 3 shot kill or less if you do it right, but it is still only good if you can aim fast and accurately. Other wise, go for the tar with because it will kill easily where ever you shoot.
