Will a '99 Toyota Camry's Headlight fit on my '99 Lexus ES300?

i have heard that both the cars are almost the same,

will it be possible for me to buy a COMPLETE HEADLIGHT for a '99 Toyota Camry and put it on my '99 Lexus ES300?
