...have proof hes smoking weed? My child is 4 years old, came home tuesday night telling my parents and i also heard it that Daddy is smoking weed infront of me and it smells yukey! First of all the fact that my 4 year old child even knows the word WEED upsets me. Earlier that morning when i picked up my child at 7am from his fathers house, i walked into the house my son was on the couch by himself, his daddy was in the breezeway smoking a joint cuz believe me i smelled it the min i walked into the house, i sat there for 15 mins before my sons father even came upstairs and didnt even know i was there, i was pissed! Anything could have happened to my child sittin there by himself. The next day i get a phone call from my sons fathers brothers girlfriend who basically lives in the house too, She tells me all this crap about how my sons father doesnt take care of my son when hes there, That he is dating and having sex with a 15 year old girl mind you he is 26 years old, that my son walked in on his daddy and girlfriend having sex. That my sons father will leave my son there by himself with no one else in the house and go down the street and smoke weed. So right away i got angry i went to friend of the court, and explained my situation, they gave me the motion papers to file to have a court hearing about visitation, mind you i have Full legal and sole custody of my son, the ONLY thing that he has is visitation rights to see him within reason there are no set days or times.
Now none of this drug crap is the first time with my sons father and i have told him MANY of times that what he does when my child isnt there is none of my business and i dont care, but when my son is at his house, he is to be sober at ALL times, and no smoking weed when my child is there PERIOD! My sons father barely takes my son for 12 hours at a time and maybe at the most 4 times a month. Mind you i was mad about that before i truely found out what was going on over there. but now im kinda glad my son barely goes over there. Me and my sons father got into a HUGE fight on the phone yesterday about everything and he tells me what he does over at his house when my sons there its none of my business and he can do whatever he wants! and i have no say about it at all. Then theres been a few other times that ive stepped up and said something about something i didnt like, and right away i have his sister and mom blowing up my phone with phone calls and text messages like attacking me and trying to bully me outta being mad and not going to friend of the court and all that kinda stuff, well ofcourse yesterday they did the same exact thing. About two years ago now, he started dating this girl named Kate and for whatever reason i didnt like the girl from day one, there was just something about her, well come to find out, she was a herion addict, she called my phone one night telling me my child should have died when he was born so she didnt have to deal with me or him while shes with alex. And it was just nothing but problems with that girl the whole time they were together. Well, since then i get VERY nervous every time he begins to date a new girl because he has VERY bad judge in girls and obviously since hes a 26 year old man dating and having sex with a 15 year old that proves it plus the fact that she is a pot head also! The whole family over there smokes weed and that really bothers me while my child is there.
But my question is, with all this information plus tons and tons more, Plus having a person who is willing to be a witness in court about things she has saw when i wasnt around, If i went infront of a judge and asked for his visitiation rights to be taken away, Would i have a good chance of winning that case?
And also yesterday! he said threw a text message " Fuck the both of you (meaning me and my son) im outta here in a month so i dont care about either of you!" then i texted something back to him and he sent another text back saying " My father did it to me, and his father did it to me, it must run in the family so i mine as well do it to!" That right there shows you what kinda father he is that he can just up and leave his child! and not care one little bit!
