Will a p245/75R16 fit on my Jeep Grand Cherokee Laredo ('00)?

The suggested tires are either a p225/75R16 or a p245/70R16. Would p245/75R16 sized tires rub on the wheel well? I can't afford a new pair and so I'm trying to buy used, but can't find much in the 'suggested' size... Also, how much should I be paying to have them mounted on my existing rims (and my old tires disposed of)???
