will a rogers phone work with a telus sim card?

No If the Phone it's not unlocked phone means it will not work in any GSM Network sim card,it's unlocked means it will accept other GSM network Sim card,You can get GSM phone unlocked from Network lock,CDMA Network locked Phones cannot be unlocked,you can get the unlock code for Rogers locked Phones from the site Unlocking4free for Old phones and unlock it,then use with Telus Network,then only work with that.Otherwise it will not work with telus.

Simply no ! If your phone is not unlocked to accept other sim cards, then how can you use telus with it ? Its impossible .If you want to use Telus sim in to your rogers phone, you must unlock your phone from carrier lock . For that, use unlock code . you can obtain it from any of the online vendors like UnBBLock.com to unlock it . After unlocking your phone, you can use any other GSM networks with it internationally .
