No..After unlocking your rogers locked mobile, you can use the fido network.This can be done through codes. I found a free unlocking service at Unlock-free.com which offer the service for nokia, samsung,nec, sony etc., mobiles.If your mobile model is listed here, you can unlock your mobile easily.
