Will American Psycho blu-ray play on a UK PlayStation 3?

I've got a UK PlayStation 3 and want to buy American Psycho on blu-ray. If i buy it from America will it play or is it region locked????
 
If it is region unlocked, then it will work. If not then it won't im afraid it won't. Only games are region unlocked. Blu-rays and DVD's are region locked!
 
All movies released in North America are region locked to North America, which includes Canada, USA, and Mexico, which means only North American PS3's (or DVD players, Blu-Ray Players) will play North American movies.

That also means we can only play these movies as well (no Europe, Asia, or any other continent) on our own systems. The only way to play region locked content is to modify your system, which voids your warranty, and is a "must know what you are doing" job as you can fry the whole system.
