I am hunting for cool phones to work with my cincinnati bell plan. since cincinnati bell's phones suck and i can get a cool one for about the same price for a decent one at cinci bell i'm shopping unlocked. but my understanding is that any unlocked phone that broadcasts in 1900frequency will work on cinci bell, right?
