Will AT&T sim work on Tmobile cellphone?
1.What do u mean unlocked? how do i unlock it?

2. ive used the phone already so is it unlocked?
 
Only if the Tmobile cellphone had its simlock removed.

You can do this if you have finished your contract, and you can just call tmobile to unlock it, or you can find a service online that will send you an unlock upgrade, or you can punch in an unlock code that may be available for free..

You need to unlock T-mobile Network lock in T-mobile Phone and then use at&t sim card in it.But without unlocking a locked T-mobile phone you cannot use AT&T Sim card in it.
Unlocked Phones are also know as sim free phones.You can use any gsm network sim card in unlocked phone.To Unlock a locked Phones from network lock use unlock code.Visit the site Mobileunlocksolutions.com get the unlock code and unlock it easily.
What you have already used?If the Phone supports any gsm network sim card it's an unlocked phone.
