stricken down by petition or the supreme court?
yeah but theres nothing wrong with big government anyway. If you don't have anything to hide you shouldn't be scared.

Ah, let them enjoy their temporary Nazi Police State, and let them whine when they have to return to America.

You show your own crudeness with the 'teabagger' comment. The Tea Partiers are more about tax and spending. And there is no reason to think the Arizona law will be struck down.

The ones out of control in Arizona are the illegals and their sympathizers,

I think the Tea Party is split on the issue. About half of the Tea Party is Independent. Many of those are Libertarian. I think there are some Tea Partiers who would protesty the AZ law being stuck down (if it was). But many Tea Partiers woudl support the removal of the law. And many would just not be passionate about the issue.

I am a Tea Partier and I want the law amended.

This just in...Arizona deputy shot in the stomach by a possible illegal alien.

Slow federal response threatens to turn oil spill into Obama's 'Katrina'...

Conservatives do not whine.

Keep dreamin.

You weepers for foreigners who game our system make me ill.

What is unconstitutional about enforcing a law on our books????

Its not like anyone is forcing you to buy something you may not want or need???

Funny how Teabaggers are ok with "Big Brother" government so long as they're not the ones being profiled.

Actually there are 14 States waiting on the Courts, and when the Law is upheld, they will move to adopt the same legislation.
