I really liked The Princess and the Frog (though the songs could have been better and more memorable, though..), but I'm wondering whether you think Disney would ever make an African princess actually in Africa. And if you think its a good idea. I'm sure there are some tales of some African royal love story.. maybe passed down orally or something. Or Disney could make it up. I think it would be cool for all people to see Africa before the Europeans came with their regimes. It was pretty different from how Africa is today. We never see films that depict that side of Africa so I think it could be interesting for everyone.. and help to shed some stereotypes on Africa that are based on ignorance
Some people are ignorant and only think places like Egypt, Europe, and Asia had royalty, but it was in Africa too. I've actually met 2 African kings before. The ones I met ruled over villages, not entire countries, though. Thats how it was in Africa a long time ago. Before the Europeans came and grouped different people together into "countries".
There's even wiki articles about African royalty

I'd love for a movie like this to be made because an African princess is truly one I can relate with, because my family is Cameroonian. It was cool to see the first black princess in The Princess and the Frog, but my family can't relate with the jazz stuff and all that, because my parents, grandparents, and etc didn't grow up with African American culture
