I love BlackBerry service. Getting email on my phone, and having my calendar updated wireless is fantastic and has really helped me be way more productive. However, I hate my BlackBerry phone. I used to have a Treo and on the whole I liked it much better. I loved the touch-screen and the calendar. Other than the email service (which as I have already noted I love) I really do not like my BlackBerry Pearl, particularly compared with what I had before. Does anyone know if BlackBerry service will be offered with other phones? My friend had a Treo on Verizon that had BlackBerry service but it did not have the same functionality. What I would like to know if any plans are in the works to provide BlackBerry service on other phones that is equivalent to what is found on BlackBerry phones. I have Sprint but I would be interested in information about other providers as well.
