Will I get into legal trouble like jail or fined if apple knows I have

mewseek songs on my itouch? I went to the apple store to get my screen replaced cuz it cracked but instead they took my old itouch and gave me a completely new one. Without me thinking I let them hace my jailbroken itouch with mewseek songs and instalous apps. Do u think ill get into some trouble?
