I am in the Basic culinary(cooking Class), for the last 3 days we started to cook sauces, stocks and soups. When i cooked i tasted for the salt was less, But when my co students tasted my cooking soup they said the salt content is ok but for me it was less salt.
So the Instructor said my salt taste is higher . Will it affect my cooking in a restaurant or hotel when my tongue salt taste is higher . What any cooks can advice me will i continue the culinary course and transfer to Baking and pastry course???? because if I start cooking alone and my salt taste is less and I add more it may be salty for the customers. even my family says when i cook my salt mix is higher than them.
