Will Mayweather go on vacation after he soundly defeats Ortiz?

I hope not! I hope that Mayweather stays true to his word this time and fights the best.When he came out of retirement to fight Marquez he said that he was back to fight the best and reclaim his throne as the p4p #1 fighter in the world but unfortunately for boxing fans he only fought twice in 2 years!

Is Mayweather really back this time or is he here for a pay day against Ortiz to enjoy his Christmas vacation???

Is their no one giving Ortiz a chance in this one? The guy re build his career after that defeat to Maidana, Ortiz has good heart and balls he doesn't back down from any Fights, he's only 24 and is on the List for Fight of the Year this year after that big win against Bertrtiz is bigger than Mayweather ,stronger and has good hand speed plus he's a Southpaw, we all know Mayweather had a bit of trouble against Southpaws in the past,If it's going to be a Boxing match then Yes Mayweather will win, If it's going to be a Brawl Ortiz will win, But Mayweather won't Retire after this one, We will all see Pacquiao v Mayweather next year some stage.. No Doubt

Who knows what he will do. I'm a Mayweather fan so I hope he does fight more often. After all, he is 34 years old and if he is still in his prime then it would be a shame for his talent to go to waste. If Mayweather wants to accomplish more in his boxing career then the time is now. I don't think he was joking about fighting the best though. He came back and fought #2 pound for pound and the #1 Welterweight in the world. Right now he is coming back to fight the #2 rated Welterweight who is also 10 years younger. Some people are surprised because Mayweather has nothing to gain and everything to lose. he could have chosen an older fighter but he chose a young and hungry rising star.

obviously he will not fight again this year after his fight with Ortiz so he will take a vacation but hopefully he gets back in the ring around May.
