I was released on bail an given a court date. I showed up and the court said nothing had been filed and was sent to the DA's office. At the DA's office I was told to check back later pending whether charges are going to be made. Now I just recently got hired at a job I really need and am awaiting my background check. Will this show up in the background check? Keep in mind nothing has been filed with the courts nor do I have future court date set. This whole scenario has been driving me nuts!
