well from the same question as the bleeding one, the bleedings stopped (for a while now) and hes still alive, but idk if he'll be able to eat since his mouth is almost above water...so he wont be able to pick it off the floor...
and to some of the answers from my other question:
i keep my betta in a 1/2 gallon tank. i have a 5 gallon one, but i thought the 1/2 gallon was more appropriate (ive also read they should be kept in smaller sized tanks)
and its not a crowntail
and i dont know about the temperature to 80, cuz i think if i did, it would send him into shock from the temperature difference
and i havent put anything over the wound (i dont know what i would put over him anyways), but that is a good point that i probably would have forgotten about
so for now hes alive still vertical...gills going, fins were moving last i checked...but he is between 2.5 and 3 years =\
today was the day i feed him (tuesday, thursday, sunday) so i dont know if he ate or not (although this morning he wasnt vertical and was pretty much normal)...do i need to worry about feeding him right now? and if so, how would i get him to eat?
and yes i am aware its just a fish, it doesnt make me heartless though...plus, i really dont need any other bad things happening to me right now...
