Will my Betta Fish jump from this tank?

I am interested in purchasing a Halfmoon Betta fish, I have recently purchased this nice two gallon tank, but unfortunately it does not have a top to it.

That is the tank.

If anyone has any ideas on what I could do to insure he doesn't jump out it would be greatly appreciated.

I have debated on returning that tank and getting a different one with a lid.. Should I just do that?

Thank you for all the nice quick answers, I have read in multiple places that betas like to jump if their tank is too small, like the ones you buy from your local pet store that they come in.

I feel that since it's a nice, two gallon mini tank he will be happy enough in it and not want to jump out =)

Do you think that tank is also okay for a Betta? Hopefully he loves it! =)
 
if you work with glass you can get a clear piece of glass and cut it to fit over the top(i did it for my clown fish and he is still alive!)
