Will my hair grow again if it has gone bald twice?

Three years ago I had this addiction in pulling out my hair. Then, after pulling out a lot of strands of hair I got a bald spot. Then again, same thing happened. I got addicted again and got a bald spot on the same spot will it grow again if it has been bald twice?
BTW I'm a girl. Please help me!
