I activated my new Virgin Mobile phone and have been using it, but have not done anything with my old virgin phone - which seems to be working still (it's as if I have two different phones with same plan and information).
For the old phone: I'm not sure if I'm still being billed monthly for the access fee, and if the prepaid minutes on the old phone gets transferred to my new phone. Anyone know?
Also, how do I erase/reset my old cell and deactivate everything - to make it like new again....?
