I ordered a handset online on June 6. On the 8, UPS accidentally delivered my phone to the wrong person, so I called Rogers to see what they were going to do about it. BUT all they told me to do was get the proof of payment (which I did).
I've been calling for 2 days now and Rogers keeps telling me that UPS will refund me and that they have "done their job". But why would UPS refund it when Rogers is the one who gets all the money? UPS just does the delivery!
Anyway, has this happened to anyone else? Do you know whether or not will send another phone? or whether they will give me a refund?
