Will T-Mobile USA get a 3D Phone?

I was just wondering since i had a phone upgrade coming up in a few months time. I still don't know totally about the merger with AT&T so any updated info on that too would be nice because AT&T is releasing the LG 'Thrill 4g' with 3D. Thanks...
