Will T-Mobile's 500mb of data last me one month?

I've recently bought a Samsung Galaxy Note 3 and I have unlimited data with 500mb of 4G every month. I'm mostly connected to wifi at home and at school. But when I'm not on wifi, I am logged into my Facebook app, Instagram, email, Viber, etc. I'll use the data for checking the arrival times of the train or bus. That's mostly it.
