I just washed and pack 2 medium almost ripe but not yet peaches in the freezer. I just placed them in plastic bags hoping for a quick tasty treat. I did not add anything to it, not even sugar. Would the calories change just because heybare frozen and what is the total calorie for 2 medium peaches. I know some nutritional value will change because they are frozen and fruits are better fresh than frozen.
