Will the palm pre plus be coming to bell? And what phone should i get?

I was going to be getting a smart phone soon. And i was looking at either the palm pre or the HTC legend. I heard a lot of good reviews of the palm pre, but if i was to get it, i would want the palm pre plus. Is it coming to bell?

Which smart phone do YOU think i should get?
