by a white judge and whine racism? CHICAGO — Former Chicago-area Congressman Jesse Jackson Jr. has signed an agreement with the federal government pleading guilty to misuse of campaign funds, and a judge will decide whether he should serve time in prison, several Chicago media reported Friday.

The Chicago Sun-Times and local affiliates of NBC and CBS television networks, citing unnamed sources, said that Jackson would plead guilty to a single felony count.

The Justice Department in Washington and the U.S. Attorney's Office in Chicago had no comment on the reports.

Jesse Jackson and his son are annoying as hell, but serving time in prison over misusing campaign funds is a ridiculous waste of taxpayers' money. Fine him and put him under house arrest or make him do community service, but not prison.

Oh a plea agreement does not mean he will not serve any time.
it may mean he won't get the maximum amount the conviction calls for or probation
Whatever the Judge decides.

Holding someone to a separate standard merely because of the color of his skin - that's affirmative action in a nutshell, and if that isn't racism, then nothing is.

And that is what America did to Obama. True, Obama himself was never troubled
by his lack of achievements, but why would he be? As many have noted, Obama was
told he was good enough for Columbia despite undistinguished grades at
Occidental; he was told he was good enough for the US Senate despite a mediocre
record in Illinois; he was told he was good enough to be president despite no
record at all in the Senate. All his life, every step of the way, Obama was
told he was good enough for the next step, in spite of ample evidence to the
contrary.

In short: our president is a small and small-minded man, with neither the temperament nor the intellect to handle his job, and should be arrested. When you understand that, and only when you understand that, will the current erosion of liberty and prosperity make sense. It could not have gone otherwise with such a man in the Oval Office.
