Will you be double dipping in paramount's blu-ray releases?

For those who have the hd dvd version, is true HD and lossless PCM able to sway you?

I'm especially interested in

Transformers and Shrek the Third as they only had a DD+ track on their HD DVD release, the BD one has in addition the two lossless codecs mentioned above.
