They offer something called kickbacks codes so when a friend or someone you know gets a Virgin phone and then reference you in activation, you get 50 free minutes as do they. You can also go with some of the programs Virgin offers to watch a commercial or something that they sponsor and they give you a free minute on your phone. Wind doesn't offer all of this promotional stuff, so I'd say the way to go clearly would be Virgin Mobile.</p></blockquote><p></p>
