I have windows 7 Starter, as some may know, it wont let you set your wallpaper...... To fix this I downloaded Windowblinds 7, a windows customizing program, on a trial.
A month later my trial ended leaving me with odd windows 98 style start menu and windows, even after I uninstalled it, I downloaded ANOTHER trial of it which will last me another month but it's extremely annoying, any help
(too late for system restore) (no restore disks) im looking for a software fix
