windshield washer jet for 2002 VW Passat?

on my 2002 VW Passat the passenger side windshield washer jet will not squirt out any washer solution. is there anything that I can do to make it start squirting out. And the one on the driver side will squirt out a strong stream but it just squirts on one spot on the windshield then it streaks where I cant even see. I would like to try to fix the jets myself. So any tips on how to make them start working good again. or if I need to replace it where can I get a replacement for it?
