Winter tires - going from 195-60-15's to 185-65-14's ?

I have a 2008 Pontiac G5, the original tires on the car are 195-60-15's, I seen an ad for tires on rims 185-65-15's so I bought them. When we put them on, they looked smaller so I looked at the tires and they were actually 14's ! So, question is, am I ok to keep these ?? I know it will probably mess up my speedometer readings but other than that should I be ok to use these ? Will it affect my car otherwise ?
