With Telus what is there 3-year terms ?

Well mostly i'm asking since i'm thinking of switching from Koodo to Telus ,
&& Going with the Blackberry Bold , but i'm going to go with the 3-year term .
I wanna know their terms though{like their conditions that come with the 3-year term}
Help ?
Like if it breaks , will it get replaced ? etc ...
