The Washington Wizards haven’t started the season in a way they would have liked. That, honestly, is putting it nicely. After 12 games, the Wizards are now 0-12. Their latest loss came Monday night against the San Antonio Spurs.
After keeping it close through one quarter, the Wizards eventually slipped and got blown out by the Spurs by a final score of 118-92.
The Wizards got 19 points off the bench from Jordan Crawford but it was not nearly enough. The Spurs had six players in double-digits and racked up 32 assists on their was to victory.
With the win, the Spurs improved to 12-3. Only the Memphis Grizzlies (10-2) have a better record in the Western Conference.
