Among the thousands of “what do women find physically attractive in men” questions here, the most common desired trait of the body is “abs”.

Also regarding the body (ignoring the face even though it is technically part of 'the body'), women in general say they like the lean look.

Its my perception that most men think women like the ripped look; which is why so many guys push themselves to that goal, probably because they see the over-glorified idea of a “gorgeous” woman posing next to a ripped guy on the cover of fitness magazines.

So heres the problem:
There s a REAL FINE LINE between “lean & has a six-pack” and “ripped” purely because the difference is between 12% body fat and below 9% body fat respectively.

If you google image search “lean abs” and “ripped abs” you get pretty much the same thing at least according to google.

But what image(s) comes to mind when you say “lean” and “abs”?
is it one of these? (

images are small)

Here the abs are only just visible; most guys would describe this as 'lean' rather than' ripped'.

This image is moving towards the “ripped” definition but isnt quite there

Here is what guys associate 'ripped' to:

On a scale of 1-10, how would you score the attractiveness of the each body?

Cheers!

The 1st is the only attractive one.
I hate when guys get disgusting like the other 2, and i'd say at least 90% of other females would agree with me. It's not attractive at all.
