Woohoo for weightloss!?

If only.....

Ive been on and off my diet for at least 8months now, it consists of:
Breakfast: Coffee
Morning Tea: Coffee
Lunch: chicken salad on grain, no butter OR small pack of rice crackers and 2min 98%fatfree noodles OR corn thins with salmon, avo, lettuce, tomato
ATea: Coffee :-P
Dinner: Salad

Despite my evident coffee intake, why am I not losing weight??? Im going without heaps but to no avail? What';s the gooooo

(I also do martial arts for 1hr-2hrs 2-3times a week....which id say is moderate impact.....)
