Im 6"0 about 215 lbs. Just curious on any nutrition/diet plans and workout plans to get in shape. im obviously a big boy so any advice or tips at all please are helpful! im new to this..
80% has to do with diet and only 15% has to do with working out. the other 5% is everything else. eat healthy, 6 times a day 3 meals and 3 snacks. dont cut out all fat but do eat healthy fat like in avocados and such. start with a few times a week working out if u dont work out at all. and be patient. losing weight healthily takes time, its not gonna go away super fast and if it does then its not healthy weight lose. stay motivated!
