I'm trying to get in shape before summer gets here. I'm 5'3 110lbs so there is no need to lose weight, just get toned/be healthy. Is there a website that'll will give me a detailed routine/diet to follow? Possibly even keep track of everything online. I would feel better having a routine rather than going to the gym and doing random things.
