Hey guys i've got a question (or 2 really) and wonder if you all could help cos i'm a little worried.
A week or so ago i came home to find my dog had pooped (and before anyone asks this isnt out of the ordinary - 3 years old and he still can't manage to hold his bladder while we're away grrrr - but this isn't the problem at the moment) and i noticed it was an orangy colour...like carrot orange. Thought nothing of it until Wednesday when i came home and noticed the same. Yesterday I came home and his poo was the right colour but mucusy.....
I don't know whether this is a cause for concern and whether he urgently needs to see a vet?
My second question is i'm going to a relative's house tonight and they also have a dog and I usually take him..but because of what is going on i'm wondering whether i should leave him at home, in case he has an infection that i don't want to pass to the other dog? What do you all think?
I should mention he's a toy poodle in case the breed is in question
