If I were to ask which team currently has the best management currently, for sure it would be the Chicago Blackhawks. But which Chicago sports team currently has the worst management in Chicago sports, who is your pick. My pick is the Chicago Bulls management, they fire a head caoch that takes them to the playoffs 2 years in a row, had the same record both in wins and losses, and yet that keep a certain guy named John Paxston on staff, that reportly shoved that same head coach, when they were looking to get into the playoffs.
