Would at&t be better when iphone leaves it and goes to verizon?

people say that at&t signal is bad but its bad becasue when the iphone first came out on at&t, the network got overloaded and couldnt handle the load. When the iphone is on verizon, wouldnt verizon network be overloaded and at&t would be better because it dosent have all the iphones anymore.
 
People say AT&T is bad because most of them live in regions that most citys/towns use Verizon for landlines. In the southeast AT&T is seen all over for the use of landlines. In New York, Verizon is mostly all of the landlines. So it just determines on your region. And I think Verizon will have a iPhone, but it would be less better.
