would H23A rods work in a turbocharged B20A prelude engine?

I am building a turbocharged B20A engine for a 1990 prelude. I do not intend to change the powerband any I am intending to just increase the torque. I already bought new pistons and rings. The block will not need anything the factory block and crankshaft will hold up under 380hp. I am intending to leave the maximum operating speed at 7200 rpm. But am i better off buying forged rods made for this engine or would H23A rods be fine? The forged B20A rods are twice as expensive but I am only intending to make about 230 lb-ft@4,500 rpm and about 220hp@5,500 rpm. I will not be racing it so more torque at low speed will be more useable in this application. Also what turbocharger would be best? I want it to be as simple as possible I was intending to use a rising rate regulator and slightly larger injectors and keep the automatic transmission since it is geared higher and runs at a lower speed going down the highway.
