Would I be able to contact trading standards?

I've ordered a phone from mobiles.co.uk and they're supposed to be next day delivery. The courier service they're using for this is yodel, and I ordered the phone on tuesday. That means the contract would have started on Wednesday, yet it's Saturday morning and still don't have the phone. I've rang them on numerous occasions, at least once every day since to find an update on the phone as they've not been running it through the tracker and have been promised delivery every day, just for it to never arrive, and even requested to travel to Lichfield myself to pick it up from the depot, and never recieved a call back to confirm if I'd be able to do that. Considering the contract started on Wednesday, I'm effectively paying for it already, and so considering I've already lost 3 days on it I'm beggining to get extremely frustrated. I was promised delivery this morning before 1pm, yet as the tracker said it was in the depot still, I rang again to confirm this and they assured me it won't be delivered today. I'm pretty sure they're closed tomorrow so I won't be recieving it then either. I've waited in for numerous days for this and still don't have the phone... and considering they're supposed to deliver till 9pm, I was shocked to see the driver returned the parcel to the depot at 5pm because he 'ran out of time'? Just sounds to me as if he wanted to get home in time for dinner... Frankly, the lot of them sound underqualified to be delivering pizzas, let alone running a home delivery network. Can I take any action?
