I have my cellphone with verizon wireless and for the past months they have been ripping me off with subscriptions and stuff that I never ordered. I called them and they unsubscribed me for this stuff, but still I was stuck with those unfair charges. I want to get revenge on verizon somewhat, and this is what I thought.
My plan has unlimited roaming calls available. This means that I don't get charged extra if I make a call where there's no Verizon coverage. They do this, I assume, because they think they have coverage in most of the country and the cost they incur on roamin are minor compared to how many customers they get with this trick. What if I found an area where I'm in roaming and start making calls like crazy, maybe go visit and call my wife on her verizon cell phone and keep the phones on for hours and hours, maybe days. We would not get any charges, and we would make sure we do this on the weekends. Would the other companies charge verizon for these calls? Would you do the same thing? If you are a verizon customer, have you found some roaming areas, preferably in or around North Carolina?
