I want to get a working flash player on my droid X. If there is some legal way to do this, please explain. =) 10 Points

Updating it is perfectly legal, but dont be suprised if some of the features dont work correctly. Froyo has a Tethering option that Verizon either will or already does, charge extra for.....So until their networks are ready to handle that, they wont release the update.

The Droid X (being of course a Motorola) uses a 1000 MHz Texas Instruments OMAP Processor. This is a decent piece of equipment, but its possible that it wont be as wonderful as you think it. It actually makes some sites load MUCH slower, and when flash uses popups, it becomes a nightmare on the android OS. The Snapdragon is a bit more "Peppy" when it comes to flash, but its still not great.
