Would Rogue's power work on Dr. Manhatten?

Hello /b/, my friend and I were debating Marvel vs. DC characters and I merely shot down all his Marvel Characters with Dr. Manhattan and his godliness.

We got to the topic of Rogue vs. Manhattan, he would obviously wtfpwn her but would her power even work on him? Help us settle the debate /b/!

TL;DR: Would Rogues power work on Dr. Manhattan?

Yep, her power would work, but seeing how her power has affected her mind recently, I doubt she would be able to coherently control the power, either that or i suspect she would suffer a coma.
